We offer two ways to return a product:

1. Home Pickup: Submit a return request and we’ll collect the product from your home within 2-3 days.
2. Drop-off: You can drop off the product at our designated location. This way, you’ll get a faster refund or exchange.

Once we receive the returned product, you can choose to get a refund or exchange it for another product. Our delivery team will collect the new product and take back the returned one. 

Note: Returns are not accepted if the product has been used, modified, or altered in any way, including stickers or any other changes to its original shape or condition.
