✅ Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is in its original condition and packaging.

  • The product has not been used, washed, or altered.

  • If the item was sealed, the seal must remain intact and unopened.

  • All tags, stickers, and labels are still attached and undamaged.

📦 Product Inspection at Delivery Time

Please make sure to inspect the product carefully at the time of delivery.
If you notice any damage or issue, return it immediately to the delivery person.

⚠️ Once the delivery is completed, we will not accept claims for damaged products, and such cases will not qualify for return or exchange.

🔍 Product Inspection & Approval

  • Our representative will inspect the product condition at your doorstep. If the item meets our return and exchange criteria, the request will be approved.

    • In case of return, the refund amount will be transferred to your provided account.

    • In case of exchange, the replacement product will be delivered to you.

    • ⚠️ If the product does not meet our return/exchange policy conditions, the item will not be accepted and no refund or exchange will be processed.
